LEAGUE GAMES ONLY

  • ICCT POWERPLAY RULE:
GOALKEEPERS MAY CALL "POWERPLAY" CLEARLY AND WITH EYE CONTACT TO REFEREE WHEN IN POSSESSION OF THE BALL IN HAND TO ACTIVATE A NINETY SECOND PERIOD WHERE ANY GOAL THEIR TEAM SCORES WOULD COUNT AS DOUBLE (TWO GOALS).
POWERPLAY IS ONLY ACTIVE AFTER THE REFEREE HAS SIGNALED BY ROTATION OF A RASIED WRIST THAT THE POWERPLAY HAS BEEN CALLED.
TWO POWERPLAYS PER TEAM, ONE POWERPLAY  PER HALF.
ONE POWERPLAY AT A TIME - IF POWERPLAY IS ACTIVE THE TEAM DEFENDING THE POWERPLAY WILL NEED TO WAIT FOR THE POWERPLAY TIME TO BE OVER BEFORE THEY MAY CALL A POWERPLAY OF THEIR OWN.
  • ICCT POWER-BALL - Just like the Power-Play rule, POWER-BALL has an interesting twist: Once POWER-BALL is called by the Goalkeeper (Clearly and with eye contact to the referee when in possession of the ball in hand) your team may bring on a 6TH PLAYER for 90 seconds. Once the 90 seconds are up, one player has 5 seconds to leave the field (and may not interfere with play) or a penalty will be awarded against your team. In the case where the opposition has a Yellow card and are only playing with 4 players, POWER-BALL will only count for 60 seconds. (1 min). 1 POWER-BALL per half, 2 POWER-BALLS per game. Teams will still have the option of a Power-Play if they prefer.
  • TEAMS ARRIVING LATE FOR THEIR MATCH WILL BE PENALIZED ONE GOAL FOR EVERY 5 MINUTES THAT THEY ARE LATE. IF TEAMS ARE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE, THE MATCH WILL BE CALLED OFF AND THE POINTS WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TEAM PRESENT.
